APARTMENTS
Our Apartments are located on the outskirts of Karlshagen, in a closed area,
a peaceful settlement of summer houses.
Stolkos Apartments are situated in the periphery of Karlshagen, in the grounds of fully enclosed, quiet summer housing estate.
Each of every two apartments is for 2 – 4 people and is about 60 m² with the living room, kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace with garden furniture and roofed parking space. Each apartment is equipped with satellite TV, the Internet access and a washing machine. For our guests a common Finnish sauna with infrared is offered.
Our apartments are designed in modern and good taste. In each apartment there are:
- the living room with fully fitted kitchen (an oven, 4 elements ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, dishes), satellite TV and DVD player downstairs.
- red room: the bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, satellite TV
- silver room: the bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe
- the bathroom with bathtub upstairs
- the bathroom with a shower downstairs
In the premises smoking is not allowed.
Our apartments are located:
- restaurant: NEW PERLE – 1 minute on foot
- supermarket: NETTO – 5 minutes on foot; EDEKA – 5 minutes by car
- beach: side entrance – 8 minutes by bike; main entrance – 15 minutes by bike
- playground for children: 10 – 15 minutes by bike
- tennis courts: 10 minutes by car
- cash machine: VOLKSBANK – 10 minutes by bike; SPARKASSE – 10 minutes by car
The whole premises is fenced which ensures security for the families with small children. For our guests we offer free of charge bikes rental.
